Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my eyelash extensions last?
We naturally lose at least one of our eyelashes everyday.
Your body produces a new lash to replace the one that fell out. With maintenance your lash extensions will last for approximately 3 - 4 weeks.
The exact time will vary according to each person and their lifestyle. Proper after care will keep your lashes looking great for longer.
How often do I need a lash refill?
We recommend booking a refill appointment every 3 weeks.
Our technician works on an individual basis to create schedule that will keep your lashes looking fantastic!
Are eyelash extensions damaging to my natural lashes?
Nope! The medical grade adhesive used in our lash extensions creates a strong bond that dries soft on the lash, allowing for supple and natural movement just like your own lashes. The adhesive is created specifically for human lashes and is approved by Health Canada.
Can I remove eyelash extensions myself?
Eyelash extensions are bonded tight to your lashes using surgical-grade adhesive that’s designed to withstand water, soap and sweat. The result is that it won’t come off easily. While you can remove eyelash extensions by yourself, the best option is to have your lash technician do it.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive for your appointment wearing no mascara or undereye makeup. Contact lenses only need to be taken out while the service is being performed.
